What Is A Lite-Lease?
At Delta Vehicle Contracts we specialise in providing short-term vehicle leasing solutions to consumers and to businesses of all types and sizes. We can supply cars, vans and 4x4 picks-ups from a wide range of vehicle marques for rental periods of 3 months or more. All vehicles are supplied from new and prices include Road Fund Licence, manufacturer's warranty and one year breakdown recovery.
Our Lite-Lease product bridges the gap between short term vehicle rental and long term contract hire and has proven to be an extremely attractive method of running a vehicle in today's uncertain world. It allows businesses and private individuals to have use of a new car for a predetermined period of between three and twenty four months without the need to be tied into lengthy contracts spanning several years. A Delta Lite-Lease provides you with the flexibility and freedom to change your vehicle on a regular basis and therefore continually 'upgrade' to a newer model. Furthermore, a number of customers take advantage of the long term rental product in order to try out different vehicles without being tied in for many years.

How Does It Work?
Simply choose from our extensive range of vehicles. If you can't see what you're looking for on the website, please do call us as stock and offers change all the time. Once you have found your chosen vehicle / term / mileage, simply complete the appropriate business or personal application form.
Upon receipt of the Application Form, all underwriting is carried out internally and therefore we aim to have a decision within 24 hours. In certain cases we may request additional information to help support the application; you will be notified if this is required.
Once the application has been approved, we will contact our suppliers to confirm availability of the chosen vehicle together with expected lead time and any colour choice that may be available.
We will send your Delta Lite-Lease Agreement electronically to you which you should check through carefully to ensure that all details are accurate and in accordance with your order expectations. The form should be e-signed and returned to us within 24 hours of receipt together with any supporting ID and driving licence information required and deposit and initial rental payments required. Please note that we cannot 'hold vehicles' indefinitely and therefore if the form is not returned within 24 hours, the selected vehicle may be released.
Upon receipt of all required documentation, we will ascertain the expected delivery date (to us) with our supplier and notify you accordingly.
Our supplier will usually notify us of the registration number of the vehicle within a few days and, upon receipt of this, we shall notify you accordingly in order that you may arrange for the relevant insurance to be put in place. We will require a copy of the certificate of motor insurance together with the policy schedule prior to release of the vehicle.
Whilst we can arrange for delivery of your vehicle to your home or business address, many of our customers - particularly those more local to us - prefer to come to us to collect the vehicle in person ........... the kettle is always on! If you need to be collected from the Coach Station or Train Station, please call us to make arrangements.
We inspect the vehicle with you and both parties sign a Vehicle Condition report form to agree the vehicle condition at commencement of the rental period.
We may contact you during the period of the contract to request mileage updates or if we have received any notification of a traffic related offence. Please note that all such preferences are re-charged to the hiring customer together with any administration fee that may apply.
At the end of the contract period you can choose to either change to a new vehicle and a new contract or simply hand the vehicle back to us and walk away, subject to any damage recharges that may apply. Vehicles are sourced from new and come with extremely generous mileage allowances. Contracts are available for terms a short as only three months up to two years, can be provided to both private and business clients and extend to a wide range of cars, vans and pickups.
